Boston FHLB Sues Citi, BoA Over MBS

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston has filed suit against Citigroup and Bank of America for alleged misstatements and omissions related to mortgage-backed securities.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston has filed suit against Citigroup and Bank of America for alleged misstatements and omissions related to mortgage-backed securities. In addition, Citi said it has been sued by several insurance companies for losses they sustained during the financial crisis related to MBS.
