Tight pricing for Vertical Bridge’s maiden offering

Cell tower leasing company Vertical Bridge tapped the ABS market this week with a debut deal backed by senior mortgage liens on wireless communication sites, following the launch of another tower offering by Landmark Infrastructure Partners last week.
