Mark Gaw, director and head of the collateralized debt obligation manager focus group at Standard & Poor's in New York, recently moved to Hong Kong to run S&P's Asia-Pacific structured finance business. Gaw will be based there for a few months before relocating elsewhere in the region, probably to Singapore, said Richard Gugliada, managing director and global practice leader of the CDO group.
Vandana Sharma, director and analytical coordinator, has taken over Gaw's role as head of the CDO manager product. S&P's manager focus group produces reports on CDO managers by detailing characteristics such as their investment strategy and internal risk controls.
