Sankaty Advisors, the credit investment affiliate of Bain Capital, is raising a pro rata CLO called Chatham Light CLO. Citigroup is underwriting the approximately $375 million deal. Sankaty has $8.7 billion of capital under management, with approximately $4 billion in bank loan assets. The managing directors are CIO Jonathan Lavine, Diane Exter, Kristin Mugford and James Kellogg.
