Julien Raffelsbauer, v.p. and European high-yield research analyst at Bank of America in London, has left to join the European Investment Bank. Raffelsbauer is on gardening leave and did not return calls to his cell phone. His new position could not be determined by press time.
At BofA, Raffelsbauer focused on industrial companies and reported to Fiona Pool, principal in high yield. Pool was out of the office last week and could not be reached.
