Fed Agrees To Lower TALF Credit Protection
The Federal Reserve says it has agreed with the Department of the Treasury’s recommendation to reduce credit protection provided to the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility under the Troubled Asset Relief Program from $20 billion to $4.3 billion.
