Titan CMBS Debt Purchase Bid Rejected
The special servicer of the Titan Europe 2006-2 German multifamily commercial mortgage-backed securitization has thrown out a debt purchase offer for one of the underlying loans in the deal, claiming the bid did not reflect improvements in the assets and posed heightened execution risk.
