The Federal Reserve will be reviewing supervision of foreign banks in the U.S. after Deutsche Bank disclosed that it was restructuring its U.S. subsidiary in a way that would allow it to circumvent higher capital requirements, according to Daniel Tarullo, the central bank’s governor in charge of regulation, in testimony before the Senate Banking Committee.
