RBS Loses Up To £20 Bln In Value From Reform
The Royal Bank of Scotland has lost between £10 billion ($16.18 billion) and £20 billion ($32.36 billion) in market value thanks to tougher U.K. banking regulations, according to Stephen Hester, the bank’s ceo.
