Commerzbank Ordered To Pay Bonuses To Ex-Bankers
A German High Court judge has ruled that Commerzbank must pay EUR50 million ($65 million) in bonuses to 104 former Dresdner Kleinwort bankers in the U.K. according to their 2008 agreement, rejecting claims that the lender’s massive losses should free them from the obligation.
