Banks’ Lending Standards Largely Unchanged
U.S. banks have largely maintained their lending standards for prime residential, non-traditional and subprime loans in the third quarter, with more than half of loan officers surveyed responding that there has been little change in demand, according to the Federal Reserve’s latest report on bank lending practices.
