Bank Execs Move To Dismiss MBS Charges

An estimated 80 bank officers and directors have asked a federal court in New York to dismiss claims against them over mortgage-backed securities sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, arguing that they did not sign prospectus settlements, but only filed shelf registration forms in which there are no allegations of false statements.
