A federal jury in St. Paul, Minn., rejected claims that Wells Fargo misrepresented a securities lending program in which the plaintiffs alleged the bank marketed a program as safe but then moved collateral into risky or illiquid securities, including structured investment vehicles and mortgage-backed assets, which plaintiffs argued resulted in losses.
