KBC Sells German Unit
Belgium’s KBC Groep has agreed to sell KBC Bank Deutschland, its German unit, to a several investors, which include affiliates of Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Apollo Global Management, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance and Grovepoint Capital.
