Savills targets SEB real estate business

Real estate investment manager Cordea Savills is lining up an acquisition of SEB Asset Management, which will see it cooperate with the Swedish banking group to provide services to its clients.

Cordea Savills, an investment arm of the London-listed property group Savills, has proposed a €21.5m (£15.6m) deal

SEBAM has 148 staff based in Frankfurt and Singapore and manages €10bn of real estate assets.
