JPM RMBS priced as jumbo originations roll steady

JP Morgan’s $303m jumbo non-agency RMBS was priced on Wednesday afternoon, bringing total prime residential mortgage bond issuance to around $2.5bn for the year.

The class 1-A-1 and 2-A-1 notes were both priced at 102-07+, a person close to the deal confirmed. The class 2-A-2 tranche was priced at 103-27.
