Citigroup Global Markets has hired a marketer for its collateralized debt obligation business in London.Stephanie Mathern, associate director in CDO marketing at Bear Stearns, is joining Citigroup where she will report to Neil Servis, director in the European structured products group. Servis did not return a call. Jeremy Hughes, spokesman for Citi, confirmed Mathern's hire.
