Credit Suisse is launching syndication of a five-year, $393 million term loan "B" for Hercules. Pricing on the loan is LIBOR plus 1 1/2 %. Launched last Tuesday, the term loan will refinance a $400 million term loan due 2011. Based in Wilmington, Del., Hercules is a manufacturer of chemical specialties used in making a wide range of products for the home, office and industrial markets. Calls to Hercules were not returned.
