Pump Primed For Pan-European CMBS Deals

Increased commercial mortgage-backed securitization activity on the European continent is expected to yield a greater number of pan-European deals as the markets in Greece, Poland, Switzerland and Spain heat up, said Richard Buckland, director, structured finance, Standard & Poor's.
