The second Tunisian securitization has come to market, a TND48.5 million ($37 million) residential mortgage-backed deal originated by Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie (BIAT) and arranged by Maghreb Titrisation. Both both of who were involved in the first ever deal structured in 2006.
