DB, CS Pull Hexion Acquisition Funding, Loans Hold Steady

Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank dealt yet another blow to Hexion Speciality Chemical’s troubled acquisition of Huntsman International Monday when the banks backed out of their $6.5 billion funding commitment. The chemical companies’ loans were barely affected, however; Huntsman was still trading at 86-87 Tuesday and Hexion at 66-68.
