ABCP Lawyers Seek Fee Approval
Attorneys for the committee monitoring the restructuring of some C$32 billion ($25.45 billion) of Canadian asset-backed commercial paper are heading back to court to get approval for another C$70 million ($54.825 million) in invoices from lawyers, accountants and financial advisers involved in the project.
