Athens, Greece-based WIND Hellas Telecommunications is to restructure about €500 million ($735 million) worth of its subordinated debt. Bondholders have formed a committee to represent their interests to the mobile telecommunications services provider, contracting Jones Day and PriceWaterhouseCoopers U.K. as advisors.
