Centaur Gaming Preps Restructuring

Horse racing and gaming facility company Centaur Gaming, which filed for bankruptcy last month, is in talks with lenders to restructure $600 million of senior secured debt, consisting of roughly $400 million in first lien debt and $200 million in second lien debt, Kurt Wilson, cfo in Indianapolis, Ind., told TSCI.
