Merrill Sued Over Goldman-Like CDO

The Dutch Rabobank has filed suit against Merrill Lynch, charging the firm allegedly engaged in “precisely same type of fraudulent conduct” that resulted in Goldman Sachs fraud charges brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
