Mortgages delinquencies more than 60 days late fell for the second consecutive quarter, according to TransUnion.

Mortgages delinquencies more than 60 days late fell for the second consecutive quarter, according to TransUnion. In its latest analysis, the firm said the rate in the second quarter declined by 6.67%, and will likely continue in a downward trend to end the year at around 6.4%.
