Spain To Force Lenders To Disclose Capital-Raising Plans
Elena Salgado, Spain’s finance minister, is expected to issue a decree Friday giving troubled lenders 15 days to disclose how they intend to raise funds to boost their core capital ratio to a minimum 8%.
