The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has issued a warning that securitized life-insurance policies are “high risk, toxic products that are generally unsuitable for the majority of U.K. retail investors.”

The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has issued a warning that securitized life-insurance policiesare “high risk, toxic products that are generally unsuitable for the majority of U.K. retail investors.” These traded life policy investments (TLPI) generally invest in U.S. life insurance policies.
