GMAC Germany to offer two tranches in fixed rate
GMAC Bank GmbH started a four day roadshow for its German auto ABS, E-Carat 5, in London on Monday. The deal will offer two classes of notes, both in fixed rate format, carrying on GMAC’s recent preference for structures that do not use swaps.
