TD Offers Biggest Dollar-Denominated Covered Bond

Toronto-Dominion Bank is offering a five-year, $3 billion covered bond, said to be the largest U.S. dollar-denominated in the U.S. so far this year. Commonwealth Bank of Australia has the largest covered-bond offer so far for 2012 at $3.85 billion.
