Fitch Hints It May Not Move On Collateral Regs
An analyst at Fitch Ratings has hinted that the credit rating agency may not include in its revised guidelines for derivatives transactions an expansion of the types of collateral that downgraded counterparties may use to maintain ratings on securitizations and covered bonds that contain derivatives.
