GSE Foreclosure Starts On The Rise

Foreclosure starts on loans from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac increased in the first quarter for the first time since October 2010, when mortgage servicers suspends the process because of documentation issues, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
