The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has elevated David Lawton from acting head of its markets division to permanent head.

The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority has elevated David Lawton from acting head of its markets division to permanent head. He succeeds Alexander Justham, who left the FSA to join the London Stock Exchange.
