New Barclays Chair Backs Bonus Cuts
David Walker, the new chairman-elect of Barclays, told a parliamentary hearing looking into the recent scandal to manipulate the London Interbank Offered Rate that banks should eliminate bonus incentives to sales staff and should do a better job of disclosing compensation figures.
