Nearly seven out of 10 borrowers who refinanced in the third quarter did so with the same terms as their previous mortgages, according to Freddie Mac.

Nearly seven out of 10 borrowers who refinanced in the third quarter did so with the same terms as their previous mortgages, according to Freddie Mac. The government-sponsored enterprise said more than 95% of refinancing borrowers opted for a fixed-rate loan.
