Wells Sued Over Handling Of CDO

A German agency created to wind up assets of the failed German state-owned WestLB and a Cayman island-based issuer of collateralized debt obligations have filed a lawsuit against Wells Fargo and asset manager Collineo Asset Management, charging the firms with mismanaging a collateralized debt obligation vehicle by investing more in CDOs than they were allowed.
