Dallas Fed Head Backs Big Bank Breakups

Richard Fisher, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, has called for the restructuring of financial institutions determined to be too big to fail into multiple business entities to avoid another taxpayer bailout if any of them should collapse.
