ING Bank has preplaced Orange Lion 2013-8 RMBS B.V., a securitization of Dutch residential mortgages. JPMorgan was lead manager on the deal, which was backed by mortgage loans originated to borrowers in the Netherlands by ING subsidiary WestlandUtrecht Bank.
