Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation plans to wash its hands of outstanding obligations from the U.S. Department of Education’s Straight-A Funding asset-backed commercial paper conduit with its current deal in the market, James Ackinson, financial consultant for student loan originator, told SI.
