The U.S. Federal Housing Administration is planning to propose its own version of the qualified mortgage rule that was drafted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

The U.S. Federal Housing Administration is planning to propose its own version of the qualified mortgage rule that was drafted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The Dodd-Frank Act permits the FHA to come up with its own proposal.
