Natixis, BNP Team Up In Rare RE Refi

French banking groups Natixis and BNP Paribas Corporate Finance have teamed up for what is being called a rare form of refinancing in the French real estate sector, a EUR620 million ($814.44 million) deal arranged for the 7,500-unit Selec residential portfolio.
