GSE Shareholders Sue Over Stock-Value Loss

Shareholders in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have filed a lawsuit against the federal government, charging that its decision to place the government-sponsored enterprises into conservatorship in 2008 resulted in loss of value of their common and preferred stock.
