Ulster Bank to issue Irish RMBS following RBS ring-fence update

Following a long absence from the new issue RMBS market, Ulster Bank Ireland DAC on Thursday announced a mandate for Ardmore Securities N0.1 DAC, a euro denominated Irish Prime RMBS.

The bank has mandated Natwest Markets as sole arranger and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Natwest Markets as joint lead managers.

Investor roadshows will take place April 10-April 13.
