Anne Greven joined Rabobank International last Monday as an executive director working with par loan sales. Greven reportedly left Morgan Stanley where she was a v.p. in the firm's par loan sales group a few weeks ago to pursue the new position.
At Rabobank, Greven will report to Michael Butz, head of loan syndications.
Butz confirmed Greven's arrival, noting that she had been brought on in part because of her strong relationship with institutional accounts, where the firm will be focusing more of its attention. Rabobank has no immediate plans for further hires. The addition of Greven was just an effort to supplement its existing team, he said. Morgan Stanley officials and a spokesman declined to comment. Rabobank is also working on building up a collateralized loan obligation business headed by ex-Institutional Debt Management co-founder E.A. Kratzman (see story, page one).
