GSC Partners is raising a $600 million collateralized loan obligation that will invest in middle-market and broadly syndicated loans. UBS is underwriting the transaction called GSC Partners CDO Fund V. GSC has $7.2 billion in credit-related investments and manages three CLOs. Officials at GSC declined comment.
