Lloyds TSB has structured a £256 million ($376.4 million) synthetic collateralized debt obligation referencing assets mainly across Western Europe and North America. The deal, known as Morse CDO Unfunded Obligations, is a static deal referencing a €3 billion ($3.8 billion) portfolio of 90 corporate entities.
