Bond Raters Sued Over ARS

Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s Investors Services and Fitch Ratings as well as two investment banks have been sued by Anschutz Corp. for the $59 million the company says it lost from auction-rate securities the defendants underwrote, rated and sold.
