Ocwen Loan Servicing has been retained to service 24,000 non-performing single-family Freddie Mac loans with a $4.4 billion principal balance.

Ocwen Loan Servicing has been retained to service 24,000 non-performing single-family Freddie Mac loans with a $4.4 billion principal balance. Joint book running managers on the deal, effective Aug. 10, are JPMorgan Securities, Barclays Capital and Wells Fargo Securities.
