Calif. AG Blasts Moody’s Over Probe

Jerry Brown, the attorney general of California, says he is going to court to force Moody’s Investors Service to explain why it gave its highest ratings to risky and toxic" mortgage-backed securities that eventually costs investors and taxpayers billions of dollars.
