SEC Names Enforcement Associate Director

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has named Stephen Cohen as associate director of its Division of Enforcement.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has named Stephen Cohen as associate director of its Division of Enforcement. Cohen, who joined the SEC in 2004 as assistant chief litigation counsel for enforcement, succeeds Christopher Conte, who left the agency in September.
